A: A purchase or payment is not required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Q: Who can enter the Sweepstakes?
A: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 for residents of Alabama and Nebraska).

A: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on March 31, 2026.

Post a photo of a Fresh Express salad with the latest product packaging from May 2025 together in the same photo on Instagram, TikTok, or X (formerly Twitter) using the hashtags #SwitchUpTheFlavor and #Contest, then share the post.
Mail-In Method:
Hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can enter?
A: Yes. You may enter up to 16 times during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.
Q: What are the photo requirements if I enter by posting on social media?
A: Your photo must:
- Show both a Fresh Express salad and the newest Fresh Express packaging
- Include the hashtags #SwitchUpTheFlavor and #Contest
- Be your original photo (not AI-generated or taken by a hired photographer)
- Not include music
- Follow all content guidelines outlined in the Official Rules
Q: Can my photo be used by Fresh Express?
A: Yes. By submitting a photo, you grant Fresh Express a perpetual, worldwide license to use, publish, edit, and share your photo in marketing materials, on websites, or on social media without additional approval or compensation.
Q: How are winners selected?
A: Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 8, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Q: How will winners be notified?
A: Potential winners will receive a private message on the social media platform used to post their entry. Winners must respond within 72 hours to confirm eligibility and provide required information.
Q: What happens if a winner doesn’t respond?
A: If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, they may forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

A: Ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each prize includes a Fresh Express Flavor Box containing:
